Refund policy

At PickCell, we strive to provide you with the best quality products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, you are eligible for a return or replacement.

1. Eligibility for Refund/Return

Only defective, damaged, or incorrect products are eligible.

The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Items damaged due to customer misuse.

Products without original packaging or invoice.

Customized or special-order products.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method.

It may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank/payment provider.

4. How to Request a Return

a)       A) Proof Requirement

Customers may be asked to share unboxing videos or images of the defective/damaged product for verification.

B) Jurisdiction / Final Decision Clause

PickCell reserves the right to approve or reject a return/refund request based on the verification of the claim.

C) Undeliverable Orders / Wrong Address

Orders returned due to incorrect address or refusal to accept will be reshipped only after additional shipping charges are paid, and any amount of refund for such orders will be refunded after deducting nominal shipping charges.

Order Cancellation Policy 

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before dispatch which is earlier. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
